When you come in to see me at Howard J Fisher MD, you will be met with a warm, nurturing environment. My care for the well-being of your child extends beyond their physical health to their emotional health. I always work closely with the family to provide the most comfortable, involved healthcare possible.
For your convenience, appointments are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We accept most insurance plans.
Documents You Need for Your First Visit
You want to start your care right away, but you'll need certain documents to begin the new patient process.
- Insurance card
- Complete immunization records
- Any medical records from previous pediatricians
- Letter of medical consent (if you're not the parent of the child)
